Remember to verify the Student Number (for old students only). If the School Registrar was unable to match the Student Number, your child will be considered as New Student of Al Majd International School and he/she will be subject to take the Assessment Examination.

Each New Student is required to take the Online Assessment Test. The link will be sent to your children's email address/es as provided by you in the previous form (make sure they are accurately specified).

The system will be guiding them through. They need Authenticate their email address/es before they can access the Online Assessment Exam.

The School Administration will be reviewing your application.

Anytime, you and your child/ren can access the School Portal.

Your child/ren will receive their Login Password/s generated by the system.

Email Authentication

In order to be able to log in to Al Majd Portal, always remember to Authenticate your account by clicking the 'Authenticate' button sent to your email.

Login to School Portal

1	Submit all required documents, as stated in the Registration procedures outlined in the school website (almajdinternationalschool.com) to the Admission Officer.
2	The documents will be forwarded to the School Principal for approval.
3	The Registration Fee is to be paid immediately after approval and Admission Test for the candidate shall be scheduled.
4	Registration Fee is non-refundable, regardless of the result of the Admission Test taken by the candidate.
5	Once the candidate qualifies in the Admission Test, parents may proceed and complete our school Online Registration.
6	Proceed to our Accounting Office for the payment of school fees.
7	School Fees payment can be made by selecting one of the available options:
	a. One Time Annual Payment – 5% discount on the total annual fees will be provided upon selecting this option, for all candidates whose parents DO NOT get covered by their employers with Education Allowance Support.
	b. Bi-Annual Payment (Two Payments in a year) – Parents selecting this option of paying the school fees in two installments, will have to pay the first installment of fees before the first day of academic year in September and the second payment before November 01 of the year. Parents can avail a special discount of 3% if they manage to adhere to these dates for payment of fees.
8	Admission Slip will be issued in the name of the candidate upon the first payment of school fees prior to the beginning of regular classes. This Admission Slip is to be presented to the respective class teacher.
9	Without an Admission Slip, the candidate will not be permitted to attend any of the classes.
10	For students, continuing from the previous academic years, seat allotment for the promoted class, will not be confirmed till all previous year school fees and other dues (if any) are fully cleared.
11	To maintain smooth management of fees collection, parents who have a history of frequent default in clearing the fees will have to pay the school fees following the ANNUAL fees payment mode. For such students, who have default in payment of their previous years school fees, the declaration of final results and the issuance of Report cards and certificates, if any, will be withheld till all dues are cleared in full.
12	Students opting the use of school transportation, will pay the applicable fees in full along with the first payment of school fees. No discount is valid in Transportation fees payment.
13	Parents are requested to retain all payment receipts and admission slips issued by the school for future reference and to present it if required.
